Medical disclaimer

This site publishes cost and access data, not medical advice. What the figures mean, what they cannot tell you, and who to ask instead.

This site publishes cost and access data. It does not provide medical advice.

Every page is written and checked by the two founders of glp1.health, Pierre Huchot and Gerard Fernandez, and published under the site’s name; a licensed physician has checked the medical claims on the three pages that carry a reviewer’s name; glp1.health computes the Score on every program review itself, as the methodology sets out, states any editor’s adjustment on that review and never counts commission; and every /best ranking puts programs in Score order, the lower verified monthly price breaking a tie, except the lowest-price lists, which put price first.

What this site is not

It is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed clinician. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prescription.

Do not start, stop or change a GLP-1 medication because of anything you read here. Those are decisions for you and your prescriber.

About the prices

Prices labeled pharmacy acquisition cost come from the CMS NADAC survey. That is what a pharmacy pays a wholesaler.

It is not what you will pay. Your cost depends on your insurance, your pharmacy, your dose and your state. No page on this site can tell you that number.

About the enforcement records

A published FDA warning letter is an allegation the agency has made. It is not a court finding, and it is not proof that a product harmed anyone.

Registration as a 503B outsourcing facility is a filing with the FDA, not an FDA approval of that facility or its products. A facility recorded as never inspected has not passed an inspection; it has not had one.

Compounded GLP-1 preparations are not FDA-approved products. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality before they are sold. This site reports what the public record shows about who makes them, and takes no position on whether any of them is suitable for you.

About clinical review

Pages on this site are written from public data by its founders, neither of whom is a clinician, and published under the site’s name. A page carries a medical reviewer’s name only where a licensed physician has approved that version.

Where no reviewer is named, no clinician has reviewed that page.

In an emergency

If you think you are having a serious reaction to a medication, contact a clinician or emergency services. In the United States, call 911. Report a side effect to the FDA at MedWatch.
