These programs prescribe brand-name GLP-1s in two ways. Sesame Care, Brightmeds and ShedRx charge a fee of $99 to $125 a month and you buy the drug separately, often at the manufacturer's self-pay price: LillyDirect Zepbound from $299 a month, NovoCare Wegovy from $149 for the pill and $199 for the pen. Wellorithm, RxSpan MD, Luvo Health, ReadyRx and GobyMeds sell the drug inside one cash price, from $899 to $1,695 a month. For Zepbound, the lowest first month is Sesame Care at $398 or Brightmeds at $399 at 2.5 mg; for Wegovy, it is Sesame Care at $248 for the pill or $298 for the pen. Sesame Care and ShedRx say your plan may cover the drug at the pharmacy.

Best for people who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at a low monthly rate and can pay for a year up front. Compounded semaglutide from $49 a month and tirzepatide from $89 a month on a prepaid 12-month plan ($99 and $129 month to month), Ozempic from $1,399 and Zepbound from $1,599, from a St. Petersburg, Florida telehealth company that names its Florida pharmacies. The $49 and $89 prices are 12-month plans paid up front; month to month it is $99 and $129, shown only at checkout after the questionnaire. The checkout calls that plan monthly, but the refund policy says the shortest plan renews every 21 days. The 90-day money-back banner has no published terms, and its refund policy says a lack of results is not refunded.

WellMedr costs from $1,399 a month. You can cancel anytime.

It prescribes compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, Ozempic and Zepbound. It offers brand-name and compounded medication. Prescriptions are filled by Logos Pharmacy, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, Red Rock Home Pharmacy and Center City Pharmacy. It is LegitScript certified.

It ships to all 50 states. It does not bill insurance. No FDA warning letter is on file. Prices checked Oct 26, 2026.
