Found Review: Is It Worth It?

Found review: compounded GLP-1s from $289/mo all-in, or Wegovy care from $149/mo plus the drug. The pharmacy, FDA record and complaints. See if it's legit.

Last updated Oct 26, 2026
Quick answer

Found is an online GLP-1 program that prescribes both brand-name and compounded medication: Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Plans start at $289 a month. We rate it 6.9/10 (Fair). It does not name the compounding pharmacy that fills its prescriptions, so the pharmacy's record can't be checked. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. No FDA warning letter is on file for Found as of Sep 16, 2026.

Found (Found Health) is an online weight-care program that works with your insurance. It suits insured people who want Wegovy or Zepbound with insurance navigation support, and people 65 to 75 who qualify for Medicare's GLP-1 program.

We rate it 6.9 out of 10, tier Fair. Each of its three paths is priced on a public page, but it names no pharmacy and its compounded price sits near the top of its group. In cash, compounded semaglutide is $289 a month and tirzepatide $359, all-in. The brand-name plan is $149 a month, with the drug billed on top.

The catch is the headline: the $99 rates are first months, insured rates or prepaid plans, not the cash monthly price.

No FDA warning letter is on file for Found in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Sep 16, 2026. Found doesn't name its compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy can't be cross-checked.

It’s for you if
  • You have insurance and want Wegovy or Zepbound with insurance navigation support.
  • You are 65 to 75 and may qualify for the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge.
  • You want a choice of compounded, brand-name and non-GLP-1 plans.
  • You want board-certified clinicians.
It’s not for you if
  • You want one all-in price for a brand-name drug.
  • You want the pharmacy named.
  • You want a refund after your first consultation; only a medical disqualification from all treatment options brings one then.
  • You don't want injections, or don't feel comfortable injecting yourself.

What is Found?

Found is a telehealth weight-care company with three paths: compounded GLP-1s, brand-name GLP-1s and non-GLP-1 plans. Its clinicians are board-certified and trained in metabolic medicine.

Here is how it goes. You complete a health assessment online. A clinician reviews your profile, and if you are eligible, your medication ships to your door. Found says "Most members can start treatment within a week." Refills and follow-ups continue on a plan billed every 28 days.

The menu is wide. On the compounded side there are semaglutide and tirzepatide, with the drug in the plan price. On the brand-name side there are Wegovy as a pen or a pill, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Foundayo, which Found helps you get through your insurance or pay for directly. The pricing page also lists Saxenda and Victoza, with "Pricing varies". For people 65 to 75, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers "Wegovy® (injection and tablets), Zepbound® KwikPen®, and Foundayo®."

To understand the drugs themselves, read our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Found lists 41 states where it accepts insurance. It does not list the states for cash plans.

Is Found legit?

Yes. Found uses board-certified clinicians, bills insurance for its visits and has no FDA warning letter or open flag. The gap is the pharmacy: Found names none on the pages we read, for either the compounded or the brand-name drugs. Its compounded semaglutide page says only that Found "partners exclusively with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies located in the United States." Brand-name drugs "may be fulfilled through pharmacy of your choice (cash-pay or via insurance) or where eligible via NovoCare or LillyDirect (cash-pay only)", the offer terms say.

So there is nothing to match against the FDA register. For brand-name drugs filled at a retail pharmacy, that matters less. For compounded drugs, the pharmacy makes the drug itself, so it matters more.

Each drug page names the drug and its form. Found also says brand-name Zepbound is "Available at LillyDirect, Amazon Pharmacy, Walgreens starting at $299/month." Traceability scores 5.8 out of 10, and a named pharmacy is the one thing that would lift it most.

Found has two kinds of plan. The compounded plans are all-in: in cash, semaglutide is $289 a month and tirzepatide $359, with the care, the medication and the membership included. The brand-name plan is $149 a month in cash, and the drug is billed on top.

The branded plan costs $149 per 28-day cycle in cash, and the medication is billed separately. With insurance the plan is $89, plus a visit copay of about $30. It is $139 cash or $79 insured a month on a 3-month plan, $129 or $69 on 6 months, and $99 or $49 on 12 months. Labs, where needed, are not included in any plan price.

The drug is extra: the offer terms say "medication is billed separately". Found's Foundayo page lists starting cash prices of about $149 a month for Foundayo and the Wegovy pill, $199 for the Wegovy pen and $299 for Zepbound. Its pricing page shows higher figures, Wegovy and Zepbound "from $650/mo+" and Ozempic "$1100/mo". Both are Found's estimates of the drug cost, which you pay to the pharmacy, not prices Found charges.

The $50 a month on Found's home page is not this plan's price. It is the drug copay under the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, for eligible members 65 to 75: "A Medicare program that helps eligible members get weight-management GLP-1s for $50 a month. It runs July 2026 through December 2027." The Bridge page says your Found care plan is separate and paid on its own.

The compounded plans include the drug. Semaglutide is $99 for your first month with insurance, then $199 a month; in cash it is $179, then $289. Tirzepatide is $149 for the first month with insurance, then $289; in cash it is $219, then $359. Prepaid cash plans cost less a month. Semaglutide is $249 on a 3-month plan, $219 on 6 months and $169 on 12 months. Tirzepatide is $309, $289 and $239. The price stays flat as your dose rises. Every plan bills per 28-day cycle.

On insured plans, Found bills your insurance for the visits, and it says "Most members pay less than $30/visit." Found charges a $30 no-show fee if you miss a scheduled consultation or cancel it with less than 24 hours' notice. The compounded semaglutide page lists free shipping; Found states no shipping fee for the branded plan. Three months of the branded plan fee total $447, before the drug.

On month-to-month prices, Found ranks 9 of the 10 programs in its group, on the $289 all-in compounded semaglutide plan. The median there is $199.50 a month. For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost, not what a patient pays.

Does Found have a discount code?

Found publishes no discount code on its main pages. Its affiliate landing page does: on October 16 it offered "$50 OFF compounded GLP-1s with code SAVE50", next to $100 off the first month of select medications. The other discounts are built into the plans.

The first is a first-month rate on compounded plans: "Compounded semaglutide: $100 off with insurance ($99 your first month, then $199/mo) or $110 off cash pay ($179 your first month, then $289/mo)." Tirzepatide follows the same pattern: "$140 off with insurance ($149 your first month, then $289/mo) or $140 off cash pay ($219 your first month, then $359/mo)."

The second is the annual prepay. Found's home page says you "Save $100/mo or more on compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide when you choose a prepaid annual plan, compared to paying monthly." On the branded plan, the 12-month prepay drops the fee to $99 cash or $49 insured. The home page also takes $100 off the first checkout on a cash branded plan, or $50 off when Found is in-network with your insurance, once per account. Both discounts need you to stay: the first month ends, and the prepay is a year. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

How does Found work?

The care runs through a clinician who builds a plan with you. Found says "Your clinician works with you to find the right fit for your budget, health needs, and long-term goals." Every plan includes access to its licensed medical team and a personal care plan.

The program is "designed by board-certified clinicians and doctors who are experts in obesity medicine." For the branded drugs, Found offers "insurance navigation support or direct-pay options".

How you see the clinician depends on how you pay. With insurance, a video visit is required and billed at your visit copay; on cash plans, care is "chat / text-based in most cases". The compounded semaglutide page says a board-certified clinician reviews your profile in 1–2 days, and monthly check-ins follow. Found does not say when it asks for labs; its plan prices leave out labs "where applicable". Clinical care scores 5.8 out of 10.

The health-assessment page refuses automated reads, so we could not read it. That is a limit on our coverage, not a finding against Found.

Is Found safe? FDA status and warning letters

Found has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. No letter names a pharmacy tied to it.

LegitScript lists joinfound.com as a certified pharmacy and telemedicine site. LegitScript certifies telehealth sites against a set of rules and keeps monitoring them.

The brand-name drugs are FDA-approved products. The compounded ones are not, and the FDA does not review them the way it reviews Wegovy or Zepbound. For side effects, doses and who should not take these drugs, read our pages on semaglutide side effects and tirzepatide side effects, which quote the FDA labels. Safety scores 8.75 out of 10, and the missing badge is the only deduction.

How to cancel Found

Cancellation
Cancel anytime
Money-back guarantee
None published.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, by emailing support@joinfound.com or with the "Cancel Membership" link in your account; the terms say a cancellation takes effect within 24 hours. The pricing page says its 12-month prices are for plans paid up front, while the offer terms list every plan term per month, billed every 4 weeks.

Found's refund policy sits in its offer terms. You get your membership fee back if you cancel within three days of purchase, or before your first consultation. After that, the fee is refunded only if a clinician finds you medically disqualified from all treatment options; being ruled out for one drug while others remain open does not count. Renewal payments are not refunded, and Found recommends canceling or pausing at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Medication and lab kits are not refunded once dispensed or shipped, and copays are not refunded. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

The policy says nothing about the rest of a prepaid year. Ask before you prepay. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

The trap is the first month: the $99 and $149 compounded rates rise to $199 and $289 from month two. Budget for the standing rate. Terms score 8.25 out of 10: no lock-in on monthly plans, and a narrow refund window.

What customers say about Found

Found publishes reviews on its own reviews page, and the one we hold talks about results and better sleep. It is a single testimonial, chosen by the brand.

It says nothing about the service itself: how fast the first visit came, how the insurance paperwork went, or what the bills looked like. This site collects no independent reviews. So read it as one member's experience, as Found chose to show it. Read the prices and terms above for what you will pay, and check your insurance before you count on the insured rate.

How we scored Found

Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.

  • Price transparency: 8.48/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). The compounded plans are priced all-in, but the branded plan states no shipping fee and a re-read saw a different figure.
  • Cost and value: 2/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Rank 9 of 10 on month-to-month prices, at $289 all-in.
  • Medication and pharmacy traceability: 5.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Compounding is stated plainly, but no pharmacy is named, and our record holds no pharmacy type; the compounded page now says 503A.
  • Clinical access and oversight: 5.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Board-certified clinicians and no lab policy; our record holds no contact model or wait time, though the compounded page now states both.
  • Safety and enforcement: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). No letter, no flag, and a LegitScript certification.
  • Terms, commitment and refunds: 8.25/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Cancel anytime, refunds only in the first three days or before the first consultation.
  • Availability and fulfillment: 6.67/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). A state list for insurance plans only, and no shipping cost on the branded plan.

We rescored Found on October 10. We used to rank it on the $149 branded plan fee, which leaves out the drug. We now rank it on the $289 all-in compounded plan, so cost and value fell from 9 to 2. Price transparency rose from 7.14 to 8.48, traceability from 4.75 to 5.8, and availability from 5.5 to 6.67. The total fell from 7.2 to 6.6, and the tier from Good to Fair. Our confidence fell from high to medium until our weekly price check reads the compounded plans. On October 16 one program left its group, now 10 programs; Found ranks 9, and no score changed. The method is on our methodology page.

Yes. Found uses board-certified clinicians, bills insurance for visits and has no FDA warning letter or open flag.1 It names no pharmacy on the pages we read, which matters most for its compounded drugs.8 See the legit section.

Compounded semaglutide is $289 a month in cash and tirzepatide $359, all-in, or $199 and $289 insured from month two.2 The branded plan is $149 per 28-day cycle in cash or $89 insured, with the drug billed on top.5 The $50 on the home page is the Medicare Bridge copay, not this plan.7 See the cost section.

No telehealth program is FDA approved; the FDA approves medications, not programs. Found prescribes brand-name Wegovy (pen and pill), Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Foundayo, which are FDA-approved.89 Its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not. See the safety section.

Found accepts insurance in 41 states, from Alabama to Wyoming.14 It does not list the states for cash plans, so check your state in the health assessment before you pay. The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge is open to eligible members 65 to 75.7

Found's affiliate landing page offers $50 off compounded GLP-1s with the code SAVE50.16 The other discounts are a first-month rate on compounded plans and the annual prepay, which Found says saves "$100/mo or more".1 See the discount section.
