Wellorithm Review: Is It Legit?
Wellorithm review: compounded and brand-name GLP-1s from $247/mo, whether it names its pharmacy, FDA warning letters and complaints. See if it's legit.
- No FDA warning letter
- LegitScript certified
- Prices checked Oct 18, 2026
We score Wellorithm 7.8 out of 10. That is tier Good, published at medium confidence. The score rests on clear price structure, a clean enforcement record and clean cancellation terms. It is held down by one gap: the program sells compounded medication but names no pharmacy, so traceability sits at 5.8 out of 10. Not published is an answer we print. The one change that would move the score furthest is disclosure on the pharmacy: a named pharmacy and a stated pharmacy category would lift that dimension. We read the prices on Wellorithm's own pages on October 16: the brand-name prices on each drug's page, and the compounded injection prices on its pricing page.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Wellorithm in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 18, 2026. Wellorithm doesn't name its compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy can't be cross-checked.

What is Wellorithm?
Availability and fulfillment: 8.75/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). The home page, the pricing page and the terms now all say Wellorithm serves all 50 states plus D.C. Shipping is listed as included on every plan. No shipping-speed claim is stored as its own record in our capture.
We store four verbatim claims from the brand, captured on Aug 30, 2026. On the program, the site reads: "The program includes consultations, prescriptions for weight-loss medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), and a monthly shipment of compounded medication." On eligibility, it states: "To qualify, users must be new, complete an intake report, follow prescribed medication doses for 16 weeks, and not have been on other weight-loss medications in the prior year." On its role, it states that the "platform functions as a facilitator, not a medical provider". These are program and eligibility claims, not results claims. Four claims across three captured pages is a thin harvest, and that thinness is one reason our published confidence is low.
Is Wellorithm legit?
Medication and pharmacy traceability: 5.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). The brand names no pharmacy in our record; the pharmacy field is empty. Pharmacy type is not published, and an unpublished type scores 3 out of 10 on that sub-check. With no pharmacy name to match, we hold no facility in the FDA register and no inspection record — and never inspected is not a passed inspection; that check drops out of the denominator instead of scoring. The programs do name a molecule and a form: semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections. The home page lists "Oral dissolving tablets", but no page we read names the tablet's molecule or price. The brand states plainly that it ships "a monthly shipment of compounded medication." In our view a program that sells compounded medication should name the pharmacy that fills it. Naming the pharmacy and stating its category would move this dimension furthest, and it is the single change within the brand's control that would help the total.
How much does Wellorithm cost?
Price transparency: 9/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Our record holds eight programs. Compounded semaglutide lists at $147 for the first month and compounded tirzepatide at $249. From the second payment, each 28-day plan renews at $247 for semaglutide and $349 for tirzepatide. The pricing page lists only these two injections, and the same price covers every dose. Our record also stores an oral tablet form of each at the same price. The home page lists "Oral dissolving tablets", but no page we read gives their price, so treat the tablet price as unconfirmed. Brand-name programs list higher: Wegovy at $899 a month, Zepbound and Ozempic at $1,199, and Mounjaro at $1,399. Each brand-name page also says "Save up to $100 on your first order". A footnote on each says the price shown "applies to 500mg (2.5mL) 3-month plan paid upfront or with buy now, pay later programs". The compounded plan cards list the initial consultation and shipping as included. The pricing page also lists a $49-a-month service fee for brand-name GLP-1s through insurance, with medication costs depending on your coverage; the terms say "insurance is not accepted". On October 10 we read the four brand-name prices on Wellorithm's own pages; each was $100 lower than our record, and we updated them. A fact we could not read never scores against the brand. Unparsed checks drop out of the arithmetic and lower our confidence instead.
Cost and value: 3/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Wellorithm sells both compounded and brand-name drugs, so we rank it among the 10 programs that do. On its month-to-month price of $247, it ranks 8 of 10, above the group median of $199.50. The $147 first month does not set the rank, because it lasts one month. Three 28-day cycles total $641: $147, then $247 twice. The disclosed fee load on top is $0: the plan cards list the consultation and shipping as included. For context, CMS lists the acquisition cost of one Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package at $870.80. That is a pharmacy acquisition cost. It is not what a patient pays, and it never enters the score. The month-to-month price is what earns the sub-score, and it moves only with the cohort or with a lower published price. In our view the first month is competitive, but the standing price sits above most programs in its group, and the score reflects that.

How does Wellorithm work?
Clinical access and oversight: 8.6/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). The brand describes 24/7 access to a dedicated team, unlimited appointments and messaging, and board-certified obesity specialists and medical consultants. It states that it "connects you with board-certified obesity specialists and medical consultants to develop tailored plans." That description names a specialty but no individual clinician and no licensure line, so the prescriber sub-check does not reach full marks. The contact model is stated: a 1:1 virtual visit, unlimited video calls and messaging, and a monthly clinician check-in. A wait time is stated too: a clinician plan within 24 hours of the quiz. The how-it-works page we captured held 63 characters of readable text, so our read of the intake flow is thin. In our view a description of a team is not the same as a named clinical lead. A named prescriber and a stated licensure would each move this dimension.
Is Wellorithm safe? FDA status and warning letters
Safety and enforcement: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). We hold no FDA warning letter against the brand, no letter against any pharmacy it names, and no open flag of any kind. The brand holds LegitScript certification in our record. The absence of a letter is not a clearance. It means the registers we check are clean as of Aug 30, 2026, and nothing more. This dimension can only fall from here. A new letter, a new flag or a facility action would move it down on the day we ingest it; no disclosure can push it above 10.
How to cancel Wellorithm
Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Plans bill every 28 days with "no minimum commitments or contracts", and you can cancel at any time. The pricing page says to cancel from your account or through support "at least 48 hours before your next renewal charge". The terms say you can cancel by email, and the campaign page says from your portal (Profile → Cancel Plan). Payments are non-refundable once processed, and fees for the current billing cycle are not refunded once charged. If a clinician decides treatment is not appropriate, the medication portion is not charged, but "The consultation fee may be retained for the clinical review"; the pricing page does not state that fee's amount. The brand publishes a weight-loss guarantee that ties a possible refund of up to four months of fees to a 16-week medication course, dose adherence, and no other weight-loss medication in the prior year. The campaign page adds: "Warranty is not applicable to Microdosing products." The terms page we captured is readable, at 8,731 characters. Every sub-check in this dimension scores 10 out of 10, so the arithmetic needs no correction and we apply no modifier. In our view the guarantee is real but conditional; a reader should note the strict eligibility before counting on it. If you have side effects, talk to your provider. Nothing here would move the score up; it already sits at the ceiling. A minimum commitment or a narrowed refund window would move it down.

What customers say about Wellorithm
These are the reviews Wellorithm chose to put on its own site; this site does not collect independent reviews. Our record holds no testimonial claim from the brand, and no reviews page is among our captures. So this section prints none. A paraphrased testimonial inside quotation marks would be a fabricated quote, and preventing that is the point of our evidence layer. Not captured is an answer we print as well. When a later crawl stores testimonial claims from the brand's own site, they will appear here verbatim, each cited, and never aggregated into a number.
How we scored Wellorithm
We rescored Wellorithm on October 10, and the total fell from 8.2 to 7.7. Cost and value fell from 7 to 3: we now rank it on its $247 month-to-month price, not the $147 first month, and among the 11 programs that sell both compounded and brand-name drugs. Clinical access rose from 7.2 to 8.6, because a contact model and a wait time are now on record. Availability rose from 8.69 to 8.75. We rescored it again on October 16. Price transparency rose from 8.14 to 9, because our latest price re-read matched the prices on record. One program left its group, now 10 programs; Wellorithm ranks 8, and cost and value holds at 3. The total rose from 7.7 to 7.8. The two gaps we noted on October 10 are now closed on the site: a public pricing page lists the compounded prices, and the home page, the pricing page and the terms all say 50 states plus D.C. The weights are on our methodology page. From the next weekly run onward, this section reports price drift, a changed pricing page, claims gained or lost, and any new flag — and it stays off the page when nothing moved.
