Belle GLP‑1 Review: Is It Legit?

Belle review: compounded tirzepatide from $149 a month on a 12-month plan, one price at every dose, its FDA warning letter, pharmacies and refund terms.

Last updated Oct 26, 2026
Quick answer

Belle is an online GLP-1 program that prescribes compounded medication only: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Plans start at $109 a month on a 12-month plan, $1,308 up front, or $199 month to month. We rate it 7.0/10 (Good). It names the pharmacies that fill its prescriptions: Hillstone Pharmacy, OptioRx, BPI Labs, The Pharmacy Hub and Olympia Pharmaceuticals. It ships to all 50 states. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Belle has an FDA warning letter on file; the safety section explains what it covers.

Belle is a Utah telehealth company that prescribes compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide at one price for every dose. It suits you if you plan to stay on treatment for six months or a year and want the dose increases at no extra cost.

The price is the draw. Through our link, compounded tirzepatide is $149 a month on a 12-month plan, or $179 a month on a 6-month plan. There is no membership fee, no consult fee, and shipping is free.

We rate it 7.0 out of 10, tier Good. It names its team and pharmacies and states every fee, but its month-to-month prices are high, its 15% code does not cover the long plans, and it has an open FDA warning letter.

The catch is the term. The 12-month plan is $1,788 for the year and the 6-month plan is $1,074. You pay up front or finance it, and nothing is refunded once it ships. Belle also has an open FDA warning letter from February 2026, about how its site pictured the vials. The safety section explains it.

What is Belle?

Belle is run by Belle Health, LLC, based in Draper, Utah. Its terms name Belle Health, LLC as the provider of the medical consultations. The chief medical officer is Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD, and the site names the rest of the team, including a physician assistant, a nurse practitioner and a registered nurse.

Here is how it goes. You answer a health questionnaire in about 5 minutes. A licensed clinician reviews it within one business day. There's no scheduled video call. If you are prescribed, the medication ships from a pharmacy in 3 to 5 days.

Belle sells compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide as weekly injections, a low-dose tirzepatide plan, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, MIC+B12, skin creams and oral minoxidil. There is no brand-name pen such as Wegovy or Zepbound. To read about the drugs themselves, see our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.

Is Belle legit?

Belle has an open FDA warning letter dated February 20, 2026, about images on its website. It is otherwise a well-documented company: it names its medical team, names its pharmacies and states every fee.

The letter is narrow. The FDA objected that the site showed vials with "Belle" on the label, "suggesting Belle is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not." Those images are gone. The vials now show no Belle name, and each product card says "Belle is not the compounding pharmacy or manufacturer." The letter has no close-out from the FDA.

The pharmacies are named, with their type, which most programs skip. Belle lists Hillstone Pharmacy (Knoxville, Tennessee) and OptioRx (Palm Beach Gardens, Florida) as 503A pharmacies, and BPI Labs (Largo, Florida) as a 503B outsourcing facility. It lists The Pharmacy Hub (Miami Gardens, Florida) for skin products and Olympia Pharmaceuticals (Orlando, Florida) for NAD+ and other longevity products. Its terms and FAQ name a partly different list, including VitalRx Pharmacy in Pearland, Texas. Which pharmacy fills your order is printed on the label.

Compounded tirzepatide costs $149 a month on the 12-month plan and $179 a month on the 6-month plan on the page our link opens. On Belle's main pricing page the same plans are $179 and $199 a month. Month to month, tirzepatide costs $249, or $219 a month on a 2-month supply.

Compounded semaglutide costs $109 a month on the 12-month plan, $119 on the 6-month plan, $135 a month on a 2-month supply and $199 month to month.

The fees are simple. The price is the same at every dose, there is no membership fee, and the visit, supplies and shipping are included. Belle does not take insurance.

The monthly figure is not a monthly bill. At $149 a month, the 12-month plan is $1,788; at $179 a month, the 6-month plan is $1,074. Belle's help center describes these plans as paid for up front, renewing at the end of the term. The landing page offers to split the cost into "12 monthly payments at 0% APR", subject to approval. Belle's financing runs through Affirm and Klarna, so a split payment is a loan you repay even if you stop treatment.

What to watch

The low monthly prices are 6- and 12-month plans paid up front (or financed), nothing is refunded once it ships, and the FDA sent Belle a warning letter in February 2026 that is still open.

Does Belle have a discount code?

Belle's site offers 15% off your first order. A pop-up quiz gives the code, "plus 15% off your first order", once you enter your email. Belle does not say which plans the code covers. When we tried it at checkout on October 19, 2026, it did not apply to a 6-month plan. On the 6- and 12-month plans, the lower monthly price is the discount. Check the total at checkout before you pay.

How does Belle work?

The care is online and in writing. A clinician reviews your questionnaire and decides whether a compounded GLP-1 fits you; there is no scheduled video call. Belle says it has no BMI cutoff.

After that, the care team answers by text or phone, and the dose increases are included in the price. Belle runs weekly live group sessions with a registered dietitian.

A multi-month plan does not arrive in one box. Belle says "a six month plan arrives as three shipments of two months each". Each one ships from the pharmacy in 3 to 5 days.

Is Belle safe? FDA status and warning letters

Belle has an open FDA warning letter to Belle Health LLC dba Belle, dated February 20, 2026. The FDA reviewed joinbelle.com in December 2025. It objected to product images labeled "Belle", which suggested Belle makes the drugs. The letter names no safety, sterility or quality finding. Belle has since removed the images, but the FDA has not published a close-out.

One of its pharmacies has a letter of its own. BPI Labs in Largo, Florida, received an FDA warning letter on March 20, 2025, about an epinephrine nasal solution. That letter does not concern any GLP-1. It has no published close-out.

The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility. Belle's product pages say plainly that its compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

What the website claimed

The FDA says the company’s own marketing or labeling was misleading — for example a claim about safety, results or approval, or a label implying the company makes a drug a pharmacy compounds. This is about how the drug was presented, not about the medicine a patient received.

“The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on your website identify “Belle” on the pictured label, suggesting Belle is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not.”

What does an FDA letter mean?

A warning letter asks a company to fix something. It is not a recall, it does not suspend a license, and it is the FDA’s position rather than a court’s finding.

How to cancel Belle

Cancellation
Cancel anytime
Money-back guarantee
No money-back guarantee. You are refunded in full if you are not prescribed. Once an order ships it is not refunded, and a plan you have paid for keeps shipping after you cancel.

You can cancel from the patient portal at any time, with no cancellation fee. Canceling stops the renewal. It does not refund what you have paid: "Anything you've already paid for still ships."

The refund rule is strict. Belle does not offer refunds on medication once it has shipped. The plans page says you can cancel "Anytime, with no penalty"; that is true of the fee, but it does not bring back money for a plan you have already paid for. You are refunded in full if you are not prescribed. Problems with an order have to be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The trap is the long plan. A 12-month plan is $1,788 for tirzepatide through our link, and if you cancel in month two the rest still ships rather than coming back as money. If you finance it, the loan stays. Only choose a 6- or 12-month plan if you expect to stay on the medication that long. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

What customers say about Belle

Belle has a 4.5 TrustScore on Trustpilot from about 1,500 reviews, and 82% of them are five stars. Belle invites customers to review it, and almost all of the reviews are from the last 12 months. The good reviews praise the price, fast shipping and a care team that answers.

The one-star reviews, 6% of the total, describe wrong doses or fills, late or warm deliveries, slow support and account credit offered instead of a refund. Belle replies to nearly every negative review.

On the Better Business Bureau, Belle Health, LLC is rated B- and is not accredited. It has three complaints in the last year, two about billing and one about a product; it did not answer one of them.

Belle's photos and patient stories are marketing, not results you can expect. This site collects no independent reviews of its own yet.

How we scored Belle

Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.

  • Price transparency: 8.5/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every plan price is published, with no membership, consult or dose fee. We take points off because the 6- and 12-month tirzepatide prices on the page our link opens are a sale price, lower than Belle's main pricing page, and because the 15% code is advertised without saying which plans it covers.
  • Cost and value: 3/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). We compare month-to-month prices: Belle's $199 for semaglutide ranks 16 of 21 compounded programs, against a median of $171. The 6- and 12-month prices are lower but are not in this comparison.
  • Medication and pharmacy traceability: 7.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Pharmacies named with their type, and two found in the FDA's outsourcing register, but the lists differ between pages.
  • Clinical access and oversight: 8.6/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). A named medical team, a stated review time and an included care team.
  • Safety and enforcement: 4.5/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). An open FDA warning letter to Belle about its vial images, and a 2025 letter to BPI Labs about a non-GLP-1 product. We take a further half point off while Belle's own letter has no close-out.
  • Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Cancel anytime in the portal with no fee, and a stated refund rule.
  • Availability and fulfillment: 10/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). 50 states, free shipping and a stated delivery time.

This is the first score for Belle. Confidence is high: our October 19 re-read found the same prices on every plan we track. Two of the seven checks carry an editor's adjustment, explained above; together they lower the total by 0.3. The method is on our methodology page.
