Only 22 of 36 GLP‑1 telehealth programs ship to all 50 states
Only 22 of 36 GLP-1 telehealth programs with a verified state list ship to all 50 states. Check each program and the number of states it covers.
Published Aug 16, 2026 · Updated Oct 26, 2026
22 of 36 online GLP-1 programs tracked on this site ship to all 50 US states as of October 26, 2026, verified program by program from each provider's own published coverage.1 State pharmacy and telehealth rules keep the rest partial.
Key findings
1. 22 of 36 reach every state
Of the 50 online GLP-1 programs listed here, 36 publish a state coverage list we can verify. 22 of those — 61.1% — cover all fifty.1 The remaining 14 do not, and the median program covers 50 states. Coverage was last re-verified 26 October 2026.
2. The gaps are small, which is what makes them easy to miss
10 programs cover between 45 and 49 states, 2 cover 40 to 44, and 2 cover fewer than 40.1 Nearly every partial program is partial by a handful of states. A shopper who reads "nationwide" on a homepage and lives in one of those states finds the gap at checkout.
3. 62 state-slots go unserved between them
Add up what the 14 partial programs are missing and it comes to 62 program-and-state combinations a customer cannot buy, an average of 4.4 states each.1 4 programs are one state short of the full fifty and 10 are within five. The shortfall is thin and wide rather than deep: it is many programs missing a few states, not a few programs missing many.
4. Shipping to a state is not the same as prescribing in it
A coverage list answers whether the program will send medication to an address. It does not say who wrote the prescription, whether that clinician is licensed in the destination state, or whether the program serves it through a partner network rather than its own clinicians.1 We record the shipping claim because programs publish it and we can verify it. The clinical arrangement behind it is usually not published.

How this figure is derived
This is the one figure in this series that does not come from a federal file. The count comes from the glp1.health Check: we read each program's published coverage (state list, checkout, terms), record the number of states and the date we read it, and re-read every week.1
A program with no publishable coverage list is left out of the denominator rather than assumed to be national. That is why 36 of 50 listed programs appear here.
Coverage changes without announcement. A program adds a state when a license clears and drops one when it lapses. The figure carries its verification date for that reason. Check your state against the program on the day.
Before quoting this number
- Coverage counts are as published by each program and verified on the date shown; providers add and drop states without notice.
- Shipping to a state is not the same as prescribing in it: some programs serve a state through partner clinicians only.
- The denominator is the programs tracked on this site, not every GLP-1 seller in the United States.
