Coivas GLP‑1 Review: Is It Legit?
Coivas review: semaglutide at $249 a month or $178 on a 3-month plan, what "From $119/mo" means, who fills orders, and the money-back guarantee terms.
- No FDA warning letter
- LegitScript certified
- Prices checked Oct 26, 2026
Coivas is an online program that prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose. It suits you if you want a flat price with no membership fee and can live with a young brand that names no pharmacy.
The prices on its product pages are the real ones. As of October 24, 2026, compounded semaglutide is $249 a month month to month, or $178 a month on a 3-month plan billed at $534. Tirzepatide is $299, or $254 on the 3-month plan billed at $762. There is no membership fee, and shipping is free.
We rate it 7.4 out of 10, tier Good. It has no FDA warning letter on file and it states its fees, but its month-to-month prices are among the highest we track, it names no pharmacy, and its guarantee and headline prices don't match its own terms and product pages.
The headline needs a second look. The homepage's "From $119/mo" (semaglutide) and "From $199/mo" (tirzepatide) are the 6-month plans, billed $714 and $1,194 up front, which you choose when you sign up. The product pages show the 3-month and month-to-month plans. The money-back guarantee is 3 months on one page and 6 months in the terms, and it pays only if your weight doesn't go down at all.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Coivas in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 26, 2026. Coivas doesn't name its compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy can't be cross-checked.

What is Coivas?
Coivas is an online telehealth brand, run by WellVi LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with prescriptions from Beluga Health. Its contact page lists WellVi at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming. Its terms and refund pages also name "Coivas Health, Inc." in New York. The coivas.com domain was registered in April 2026. Coivas says it is "a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed providers."
The care comes from Beluga Health. Coivas says: "Our clinical provider is Beluga Health." Beluga describes itself as the clinical service "behind hundreds of digital health brands", with physicians in all 50 states and DC. The consent page's description says care is provided "through Dosable and Beluga Health". Dosable sells the technology telehealth brands run on, including their doctors, pharmacy and payments.
Here is how it goes. You take an online quiz, a licensed provider reviews it, and if you are prescribed, the medication ships to your door. Coivas sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections; GLP-1 pills are listed as "Coming soon". Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription, and they are not FDA-approved; the safety section explains what that means.
Is Coivas legit?
Coivas has no FDA warning letter on file as of October 24, 2026, and neither does its medical group, Beluga Health. It publishes its prices and fees, and it names its medical group. But several of its own claims don't match its terms or its product pages.
The pharmacy is the biggest gap. Coivas says it works with "state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities" and that the pharmacy "may vary based on your location, medication, availability, and provider preferences." It names none of them, so there is no pharmacy to check against the FDA register. No clinician is named on coivas.com either.
Five claims are worth reading against the fine print:
- "Guaranteed fat loss." The guarantee behind it refunds you only if "your verified final weight is equal to or greater than your verified starting weight." Lose any weight at all and it doesn't apply. The terms also call it "not a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any particular medical result."
- "Try Coivas and see results, or your money back." The challenge page says 3 months; the terms say "at least six (6) consecutive months" and that anyone enrolled for fewer "are not eligible." You verify your own weight, by a doctor's note or a 30-second scale video.
- "From $119/mo." That is the 6-month semaglutide plan, $714 billed every 6 months, offered when you sign up. The product page lists $178 a month on the 3-month plan, billed $534, and $249 month to month.
- "No membership fees or price hikes." The FAQ says your price is "locked in"; the terms say "Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice."
- "Lose 20% of your body weight and keep it off." The footnote is a trial of tirzepatide, not of Coivas's compounded product.
How much does Coivas cost?
As of October 24, 2026, Coivas's compounded semaglutide costs $249 a month month to month, or $178 a month on the 3-month plan, which is $534 billed every 3 months. Compounded tirzepatide costs $299 a month month to month, or $254 a month on the 3-month plan, $762 billed every 3 months. The challenge page sells only the 3-month plans.
The fees are simple. The price is the same at every dose, there is no membership or per-visit fee, and shipping is free. Coivas says the plan price covers "a clinician review, medication if prescribed, ongoing check-ins and dose adjustments, care-team messaging, and free, discreet shipping." It does not bill insurance, and says most plans allow FSA and HSA reimbursement.
The "From" prices are the longest plan. Semaglutide "From $119/mo" and tirzepatide "From $199/mo" are the 6-month plans, paid $714 and $1,194 up front. Month to month, the same drugs are $249 and $299. Check the plan length and the total at checkout before you pay.
Coivas's comparison table sets its 3-month price per month beside other programs' monthly prices.

How does Coivas work?
Coivas's care is asynchronous: a Beluga Health provider licensed in your state reviews your questionnaire and follows up by text message, with no video visit. You consent to "asynchronous telemedicine visits with a Beluga Health healthcare practitioner", by questionnaire and text message, with "a board-certified provider licensed in your state." No live video visit is offered on the site.
Coivas says "Most prescriptions are written within 24 hours." After that, the pharmacy takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare the order and delivery takes 2 to 3 more. You can message your care team through your portal. Coivas advertises "Unlimited 24/7 support"; its consent page says your data "WILL NOT BE MONITORED 24/7."
If you already take a GLP-1, Coivas asks for proof of your current prescription, and a provider decides whether you can continue at your dose.
Is Coivas safe? FDA status and warning letters
Coivas has no FDA warning letter on file as of October 24, 2026, and neither do WellVi LLC, Beluga Health or Dosable. Nothing is open against it.
The pharmacy can't be checked. Coivas names no pharmacy, so we can't match its pharmacies against the FDA's letters, inspections or outsourcing register. Its terms say medications "are dispensed by licensed, NABP-accredited pharmacies."
The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility.
Coivas's product FAQ says compounded medications "contain the same active ingredients as branded treatments." A compounded drug is not the same product as a branded one, and it is not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review its safety, effectiveness or quality before it's sold.
How to cancel Coivas
You can cancel from your patient portal or by emailing support@coivas.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next shipment is processed: once it has been, "the cancellation applies to the cycle after that."
The refund rule is strict. Shipped medication can't be returned, and "Partial subscription periods that were actively used prior to cancellation" are not refunded. You get a full refund if a clinician does not prescribe. A wrong or damaged order is replaced or refunded if you report it within 7 days.
The 3-month plans are billed every 3 months and renew "at the then-current rate" until you cancel. Only choose one if you expect to stay on the medication for three months. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.
The money-back guarantee has strict conditions. The terms require at least 6 consecutive months of paid enrollment, a starting-weight check within 7 days, every refill on time and no other weight-loss medication. "Any cancellation, pause, lapse, failed payment, chargeback, refund, disputed charge, or gap in enrollment will void the guarantee." You claim within 40 days of your last shipment. It pays only if your weight has not gone down.
Disputes go to binding arbitration in New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

What customers say about Coivas
Coivas has no customer reviews on Trustpilot as of October 24, 2026. Its profile, claimed in May 2026, says "This company hasn't received any reviews yet." The Better Business Bureau has no profile for Coivas or WellVi.
Coivas's own pages carry ratings that no review site backs. The start-now page shows "4.8 member satisfaction", "Based on member-reported satisfaction ratings." Its about page says "thousands choose and stay with us."
The patient stories on Coivas's pages are marketing, not results you can expect. Coivas says "accompanying images may feature models," and one story is captioned with a different amount of weight lost from the one in its own quote. This site collects no independent reviews of its own yet.
How we scored Coivas
Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.
- Price transparency: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every plan on the product pages shows its monthly and billed price, the fees are stated, and the homepage's "From $119/mo" and "From $199/mo" are the 6-month plans offered at sign-up.
- Cost and value: 2/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). We compare month-to-month prices: $249 for semaglutide ranks 19 of 22 compounded programs, against a median of $179.
- Medication and pharmacy traceability: 4.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). No pharmacy named, both 503A pharmacies and 503B facilities claimed, and nothing to find in the FDA's outsourcing register.
- Clinical access and oversight: 7/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). A named medical group, a stated review time and included follow-up, but care is by text only and no clinician is named.
- Safety and enforcement: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). No FDA warning letter on file, and LegitScript lists coivas.com as a certified pharmacy and telemedicine site.
- Terms, commitment and refunds: 9/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). No minimum term, no cancellation fee and a stated refund rule. We take a point off because the guarantee is 3 months on one page and 6 in the terms, and because the FAQ promises a locked price that the terms let Coivas change with 30 days' notice.
- Availability and fulfillment: 8.8/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). Coivas says it serves all 50 states, with free shipping, and adds that some states restrict specific compounded medications.
This is the first score for Coivas. Confidence is low: the brand is about six months old, it has no independent reviews, and we could not confirm which pharmacies fill its orders. One of the seven checks carries an editor's adjustment, explained above; it lowers the total by 0.1. The method is on our methodology page.
