Enhance MD is a compounded GLP-1 program with labs, the provider and the drug in one price. It suits people who want lab work and a video visit before they start, with no contract.
We rate it 8.2 out of 10, tier Good. The care is thorough and the terms are clean, but the price sits high in its group.
The catch: the $212 semaglutide rate is a 12-month plan, and month to month you pay $249.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Enhance MD in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 26, 2026.

What is Enhance MD?
Enhance MD is an online clinic for metabolic health that prescribes compounded GLP-1 medication. One plan price covers the drug, the labs, the provider and the shipping. It is not Enhanced, the telehealth program of the company behind the Enhanced Games, which has its own Enhanced review.
Here is how it goes. You order and get your labs drawn at Quest Diagnostics. Results take 1-2 business days. Then you meet a licensed provider in a video visit, who decides whether you are eligible. If you are, a partner pharmacy fills the prescription and mails it to you. Refills continue on your plan.
The menu is built around three weight-loss products. Core is compounded semaglutide. Advanced is compounded tirzepatide. Elite combines the two, and there is a microdosing tirzepatide product too. Enhance MD also sells NAD+ therapy, as injections or as wafers that dissolve under the tongue; it is not a GLP-1. All the GLP-1 products are injections, and none is a brand-name drug. To understand the drugs themselves, read our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Enhance MD serves 41 places so far: 40 states plus DC.
The same company now also sells under the name EverPrime, at joineverprime.com. EverPrime's terms, effective September 16, 2026, cover sites "owned and controlled by Enhance.MD, LLC, including any predecessor, successor, or current iteration thereof", and name EverPrime among them. EverPrime lists the same standard prices for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and adds an optional paid membership. See the cost section for what the membership changes.
Is Enhance MD legit?
Yes. Enhance MD uses licensed providers, requires labs and a video visit, names its pharmacies, and has no FDA warning letter. It says plainly that its drugs are compounded and not FDA-approved. The one gap is that it does not say which pharmacy fills which order.
Its FAQ lists three partner pharmacies: Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub. Its terms of service, effective August 28, 2025, name a different set: Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx. The newer EverPrime terms, effective September 16, 2026, list four pharmacy partners: Rite-Away Pharmacy, Honeybee Health, TruMedsRx and Wells Pharmacy in Ocala, Florida. The product pages are plain about what you get: "This compounded formulation is not FDA-approved and is intended solely for patients under active care of a licensed prescriber. It is compounded in accordance with federal Section 503A guidelines."
A 503A pharmacy compounds a drug for one named patient on a prescription, under a state board. None of the pharmacies it names appears in the FDA register we read, which is normal for that pharmacy type.
How much does Enhance MD cost?
Enhance MD costs $249 a month all in for compounded semaglutide on the monthly plan, with the drug, labs, provider and shipping included. There is no consultation fee and no shipping fee.
Compounded tirzepatide is $329 a month on the monthly plan. The price is the same at every dose. Both are billed every 4 weeks, not every calendar month.
Enhance MD publishes no coupon code on the pages we read. The product pages show $50 off the first order on the monthly plan, and $100 off the first order on the 3, 6 and 12-month plans. The home page lists a first month from $112 for semaglutide and from $180 for tirzepatide.
Longer plans cost less per month, but you commit up front. Semaglutide is $237 a month on a 3-month plan, $224 on a 6-month plan and $212 on a 12-month plan. Tirzepatide is $313, $296 and $280 on the same plans. The 12-month plan is billed every 48 weeks.
Enhance MD's terms say its services are cash-pay and that you are responsible for all their costs. Enhance.md states no membership fee. EverPrime, the same company's other brand, sells an optional membership. Its Core plan is $99 a month, and the page says it gives up to 15% off GLP-1 medication. On EverPrime's 1-month plan, semaglutide is $249 standard or $150 for members, and tirzepatide is $329 or $230. With the $99 fee added, a member pays the same $249 or $329. The membership page also says: "For example, if you purchase a 3-month medication plan, you will be charged for a 12-month membership at checkout." Three months on the monthly semaglutide plan total $697, counting the $50 off the first order. Each price held when we read it again.
That puts Enhance MD at rank 18 of the 20 compounded programs in its group on month-to-month prices. The median there is $168 a month. For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost, not what a patient pays.

How does Enhance MD work?
The care starts with labs and a video visit, before any prescription. You cannot see a provider until your lab results are in. Lab testing every 6 months is in the price.
At the video visit, a licensed provider checks your eligibility, using your BMI and your medical history. After that, each plan includes virtual visits with an Enhance MD provider. You can message the care team in a private portal, and Enhance MD aims to reply in under 24 hours.
Its FAQ says its medical providers are exclusively US licensed physicians and nurse practitioners. The site is clear that a prescription is never automatic: "Payment does not guarantee the prescribing or dispensing of medication." Its shipping policy says every shipment goes 2-day priority, included in the price, but that it cannot guarantee arrival times.
Is Enhance MD safe? FDA status and warning letters
Enhance MD has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. None of the pharmacies it names appears in the letters we hold.
The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility. The lab work before the first visit gives the provider more to go on.
NAD+ therapy is sold on the same site, but it is not a GLP-1 drug and we do not review it here. For side effects, doses and who should not take the GLP-1 drugs, read our pages on semaglutide side effects and tirzepatide side effects, which quote the FDA labels.
How to cancel Enhance MD
The FAQ says you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, and points you to support@enhance.md or 888-299-5088 if you need help. The terms say a subscription auto-renews unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. The monthly plan is billed every 4 weeks; the 3, 6 and 12-month plans are billed every 12, 24 and 48 weeks.
Refunds are narrow. The site says: "If at any point during the onboarding process you are found ineligible for our formulation, Enhance.MD will provide a full refund of 100% of your initial payment." A refund usually takes 5-10 business days. Enhance MD does not accept returns on prescription products. The terms publish no refund rule for a prepaid plan you stop early; they say full subscription and payment terms are provided at checkout.
The trap is the 12-month plan: it is billed every 48 weeks, so the $212 rate comes as one large bill. Pick it only if you know you will stay a year. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

What customers say about Enhance MD
Enhance MD's home page shows before-and-after stories from five named clients and says: "Join 10,000+ patients transformed." The EverPrime home page shows quotes from three named customers. Both are published by the company itself. This site collects no independent reviews of its own, so there is no star rating to weigh here.
People search for Enhance MD complaints, and the likely ones sit in the price terms. The monthly plan bills every 4 weeks, not once a calendar month. The low headline rate needs a prepaid 12-month plan. Before you pay, check which plan the checkout has selected and when it bills next.
How we scored Enhance MD
Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.
- Price transparency: 9/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every price is public and held on re-read, but no membership fee is stated either way.
- Cost and value: 2/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Rank 18 of 20 on month-to-month prices, no fee load.
- Medication and pharmacy traceability: 7.6/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Three pharmacies named in our record, none in the FDA register; the terms name a different three.
- Clinical access and oversight: 10/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Labs, a video visit and stated follow-ups.
- Safety and enforcement: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). no FDA warning letter and no open flag.
- Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Cancel anytime, refund rule stated.
- Availability and fulfillment: 8.21/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). 41 places served and free shipping; the 2-day shipping its policy now states is not in our record yet.
Since our last check, no dimension moved and the total holds at 8.2. Several site pages changed, and the prices held. We rescored it on October 16, after its group grew to 20 programs: its rank moved from 17 to 18, and no score changed. The method is on our methodology page.
