Pallas Health Review: Is It Legit?
Pallas Health review: compounded and brand-name GLP-1s from $199/mo, whether it names its pharmacy, FDA warning letters and complaints. See if it's legit.
- No FDA warning letter
- LegitScript certified
- Prices checked Oct 9, 2026
Pallas Health is an online GLP-1 program that sells both compounded and brand-name drugs, with the medication in the price. It suits people who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one rate for every dose, with brand-name cash prices on the same site.
We rate it 8.7 out of 10, tier Very good. Its monthly and annual prices and every fee are on a public page, shipping is free, and it has no FDA warning letter.
The catch: the $139 headline is your first month. After that, compounded semaglutide is $199 every 4 weeks.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Pallas Health in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 9, 2026. Pallas Health doesn't name its compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy can't be cross-checked.

What is Pallas Health?
Pallas Health is a telehealth platform run by Brentmoor, Inc. It connects you with US-licensed clinicians who can prescribe a GLP-1 when it is clinically appropriate.
Here is how it goes. You fill in a short online intake. A licensed provider reviews your health history before prescribing. If a GLP-1 fits, you are charged once the clinician prescribes. The drug ships free and discreetly from a US-licensed pharmacy, and refills continue on the same plan.
The menu is wide. On the compounded side there is semaglutide as a weekly injection or a daily tablet, and tirzepatide as an injection. On the brand-name side there are Wegovy as a pen or a pill, Foundayo, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro. Your clinician decides which one fits you.
Pallas does not make or compound any drug itself. Compounded drugs come from US-licensed compounding pharmacies and may look different from the products on the site. To understand the drugs themselves, read our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Pallas serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Is Pallas Health legit?
Yes. Pallas is a real telehealth platform with a named company behind it, Brentmoor, Inc., a named clinical partner, Lion MD, and no FDA warning letter. It lists its partner pharmacies, but not which one fills a given prescription.
Pallas's clinical disclosures page names seven US-licensed partner pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub, Foothills Pharmacy and Evoluciona Pharma. Its terms say prescriptions are filled by partners "including 503A compounding pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities", and by retail or specialty pharmacies for brand-name drugs. The disclosures page does not say which type each of the seven is. "The specific pharmacy used for a given prescription depends on the medication, the patient's shipping state, and current capacity."
The rest is clear. The site says plainly which drugs are compounded and which are FDA-approved brand-name products. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription before your first order.
How much does Pallas Health cost?
Compounded semaglutide costs $199 every 4 weeks after a $139 first month, with the drug, the clinician and shipping included. There is no other fee.
The monthly compounded plan renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. Semaglutide is $139 for the first month, then $199 every 4 weeks. Tirzepatide is $179 for the first month, then $299 every 4 weeks. Both cost the same at every dose, from your starting dose to maintenance. The annual plan is lower: $139 a month on average for semaglutide and $239 for tirzepatide. Plans other than the monthly one are charged for their full term once a clinician prescribes, then renew each term until you cancel. Pallas does not show the total the annual plan bills up front. Its terms also list quarterly and 6-month plans, but no public page shows their prices. Pallas may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.
The brand-name drugs are cash-pay. Wegovy is $1,349 a month for a 28-day supply. Mounjaro is $1,349 a month. Ozempic is $1,299 a month. Zepbound is $1,069 a month. These prices reflect pharmacy cash rates and may change.
There is no membership fee, no per-visit charge and no shipping fee. Pallas does not bill insurance. Your first three months of compounded semaglutide cost $537: $139, then $199 twice, with no fees added.
For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost, not what a patient pays.

How does Pallas Health work?
The care starts with an online intake, not a video call. A clinician reviews it, and a care team you message handles follow-ups. In Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia and DC, you need one video visit.
The clinicians come from Lion MD, a nationwide team of US-licensed professionals. Pallas uses CareValidate to check their licenses and coordinate dispensing. Each prescriber "exercises independent clinical judgment, and may decline to prescribe when treatment is not clinically appropriate."
Pallas says a provider "typically reviews it within 1 business day", and that most members receive their first shipment within a week. It does not say whether you need labs. Ask before you pay. One app page refused our automated read, which limits our view of the logged-in portal.
Is Pallas Health safe? FDA status and warning letters
Pallas Health has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. Pallas lists its partner pharmacies, but not which one fills a given prescription.
The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility. The brand-name drugs on Pallas are the FDA-approved products, shipped from a US-licensed pharmacy.
Pallas says "GLP-1 medications are not appropriate for everyone." For side effects, doses and who should not take these drugs, read our pages on semaglutide side effects and tirzepatide side effects, which quote the FDA labels.

How to cancel Pallas Health
You can cancel any plan at any time. Canceling is free and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You cancel in your account portal or by contacting Pallas. If you cancel before your prescription is issued, nothing has been charged, and anything that was is refunded in full. Once your prescription is issued, the current billing cycle is not prorated or refunded.
If a clinician does not approve you, nothing is charged, and anything already charged is refunded in full. Report a damaged or compromised package within 24 hours of delivery, and the pharmacy replaces it or refunds you.
Pallas also offers a money-back promise at 6 months, with conditions. You need six continuous paid months, doses and check-ins on schedule, and a logged start and six-month weight. You must be unhappy after the care team has tried to help, or have lost no net weight, and ask within 30 days of the six-month mark. Pallas then refunds the plan payments you made to it in those six months. Each patient can claim once.
The trap is to count on that promise without logging your weight from day one. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

What customers say about Pallas Health
Pallas publishes member quotes on its own site. Its GLP-1 page shows two longer weight-loss stories and eight short quotes from members across its programs. The short quotes are mostly about the service: an easy start, fast and discreet shipping, a care team that answers, and a provider who "explained every option and let me decide what fit." The page says these quotes "reflect individual service experiences, not treatment outcomes." The home page shows a 4.8 out of 5 rating from "2,400+ member reviews", but not the reviews themselves.
None of them talks about the price or the cancel rules. They are the brand's own published reviews, and this site collects no independent reviews. Read them as the experience the brand chose to show. Read the prices and terms above for what you will pay and what you sign.

We rescored Pallas on October 10, with its new prices and its Mounjaro offer. Price transparency rose from 9.66 to 10, and terms from 9.5 to 10. Its price now ranks 5 of the 11 programs in its group, at the $199 median, so cost and value rose from 6 to 7. The total rose from 8.2 to 8.5, tier Very good.
