Sprout Health is an online GLP-1 program with the drug, the clinician and shipping in one monthly price. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide only. It suits people who want a low price, the same price at every dose and no membership fee.
We rate it 8.3 out of 10, tier Good. The prices are low and clear, and the terms let you leave at any time.
The catch is the FDA record. Sprout Health has an open FDA warning letter, dated September 9, 2025.

What is Sprout Health?
Sprout Health is a telehealth weight-loss program that prescribes GLP-1 drugs and ships them to you. The clinician, the drug and the shipping come in one monthly price.
Here is how it goes. You take a pre-qualification quiz of about 3 minutes, then a full medical questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews it and, if treatment is appropriate, sets your starting dose. In some states the law requires a live visit, and doctors from MD Integrations run those. "If our provider determines treatment isn’t a fit, your order is automatically cancelled." If you are approved, a partner pharmacy fills the order and ships it free. Each refill comes after a check-in.
The menu has compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections. Sprout Health does not sell Wegovy or Zepbound. Its site says its drugs "are not the same as Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro." For what these drugs are, read our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.
Sprout Health does not list the states it serves on the pages we read. If you already take a GLP-1, it offers a "Free transition consult with a US-licensed provider".
How much does Sprout Health cost?
The monthly plan costs $149 for compounded semaglutide and $199 for compounded tirzepatide. Each price covers the drug, the clinician and the shipping. The site bills the monthly plan every 4 weeks. It says: "Same price at any dose. Provider review, medication and shipping included."
Prepaid plans cost less per month. You pay the whole plan up front:
- 3 months: $375 for semaglutide ($125 per 4 weeks), $540 for tirzepatide ($180 per 4 weeks).
- 6 months: $660 for semaglutide ($110 per 4 weeks), $960 for tirzepatide ($160 per 4 weeks).
- 12 months: $1,188 for semaglutide ($99 a month), $1,788 for tirzepatide ($149 a month).
There is no membership fee, no consultation fee and no shipping fee. Sprout Health does not bill insurance. Twelve weeks on the monthly semaglutide plan cost $447. The 3-month plan covers the same 12 weeks for $375.
These prices sit on the home page, not on a separate pricing page. The semaglutide and tirzepatide prices held when we read them again. That puts Sprout Health at rank 7 of the 20 compounded programs in its group on month-to-month prices, where the median is $168 a month.
For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost, not what a patient pays.
Sprout Health tirzepatide price
Compounded tirzepatide costs $199 every 4 weeks on the monthly plan at Sprout Health. The page says the price stays the same as your dose changes, so a higher dose does not raise the bill. There is no membership, consultation or shipping fee on top. Prepaid plans cost less: $180 per 4 weeks on the 3-month plan, $160 on the 6-month plan and $149 a month on the 12-month plan. Sprout Health does not sell Zepbound, the FDA-approved tirzepatide pen. Our price check matched the $199 figure again on the home page. For what tirzepatide is, see our compounded tirzepatide page.
Does Sprout Health have a discount code?
Sprout Health publishes no public discount code on the pages we read. One page version says: "No codes, no first-month tricks, no price increase when your dose changes." The discount it does offer is the longer plan. The home page says "Lock in one low price, as low as $99/mo on the 12-month plan." Semaglutide costs $125 per 4 weeks on the 3-month plan and $110 on the 6-month plan. Both rates mean you commit for longer, so read the refund rule in the cancel section before you choose one. If you have side effects, talk to your provider. Be wary of codes posted on other sites: Sprout Health's own pages show none, and the monthly plan has no promo price.

Is Sprout Health legit?
Sprout Health is a real telehealth business with clear prices, clear terms and a licensed clinician on every prescription. It names its two pharmacies: Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy. But it has an open FDA warning letter dated September 9, 2025, covered in the safety section.
It does not say what type of pharmacy each one is. A compounding pharmacy that makes a drug for one named patient answers to its state board. An outsourcing facility that makes drugs in bulk registers with the FDA. Neither name appears in the FDA register we read, so there is no inspection record to show.
The site states plainly that its drugs are compounded and not FDA-approved. Each plan names the molecule and the form.
How does Sprout Health work?
The care runs on messaging and a monthly check-in, not scheduled video visits. No appointment is needed to start. An assigned clinician reviews your intake and decides whether to prescribe.
Before each refill, you complete a check-in so the clinician can adjust your dose. You message the clinician inside your Sprout account, which logs you in with a one-time passcode. The care team also answers by phone on weekdays, Mountain Time, and by email.
"GLP-1 medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate." Orders usually ship 3 to 7 business days after the prescription is issued. Sprout Health does not state whether it asks for labs. It also gives little detail on its treatment protocols or how often follow-ups happen beyond the refill check-in.
Is Sprout Health safe? FDA status and warning letters
Sprout Health has an open FDA warning letter to Sprout Health Partners LLC dba Sprout Health, dated September 9, 2025. The subject is the unlawful sale of unapproved and misbranded drugs to US consumers over the internet, by a telehealth seller. The FDA reviewed the site in August 2025. It wrote that it "has observed that your website offers various compounded drug products, including semaglutide and tirzepatide."
The letter has no close-out. While it stays open, we do not link to Sprout Health. No letter names either pharmacy, and no other flag is open.
For side effects, doses and who should not take these drugs, read our pages on semaglutide side effects and tirzepatide side effects, which quote the FDA labels.
How to cancel Sprout Health
You can cancel Sprout Health at any time, from the subscriptions tab in your Sprout account or by email. The monthly plan carries no minimum term. To stop the next charge, Sprout needs your request at least 48 hours before your next billing date; a later request takes effect the cycle after. To delay a shipment instead, ask at least 5 business days before the ship date.
The refund depends on timing. Until your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, before or after the provider review, you get "a complete refund of that charge, no questions asked." Once the prescription goes to the pharmacy, the charge is not refundable.
So the trap is timing. If you are unsure, cancel before your prescription goes to the pharmacy. The prepaid plans cost less per month. If you cancel one early, Sprout Health refunds the months it has not yet shipped, at the price you paid per month. It does not refund a shipment already sent to the pharmacy. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

What customers say about Sprout Health
Sprout Health shows seven Trustpilot reviews on its home page, and it states a Trustpilot score of 4.2 out of 5 for October 2026. Most are warm. One patient finds the providers and the support as responsive as an in-person clinic. Others praise fast shipping and quick answers.
One review holds a complaint. A patient says the second order took 2 weeks to ship and left them without medication. Another says the support phone line did not work for them, but email did. These are the reviews Sprout Health chose to publish; this site collects no independent reviews. That one complaint matters more than the praise, because it matches the 3 to 7 business day shipping window.
How we scored Sprout Health
Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.
- Price transparency: 9.43/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every fee is $0 and the prices held, but they sit only on the home page.
- Cost and value: 7/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Rank 7 of 20 on month-to-month prices, no fee load.
- Medication and pharmacy traceability: 7.6/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Two pharmacies named, no pharmacy type.
- Clinical access and oversight: 7.2/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). A same-day review in our record, which no live page states now, and no lab policy or follow-up schedule.
- Safety and enforcement: 8/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). The open warning letter.
- Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Cancel anytime and a written refund rule.
- Availability and fulfillment: 10/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). 50 states in our record, which no live page states now, plus free shipping and a stated shipping time.
Since our last check, traceability rose from 6.4 to 7.6 and price transparency from 9.33 to 9.43. Clinical care fell from 8.6 to 7.2. We rescored Sprout on October 10 and now rank it among compounded-only programs, which it is. Against that group, cost and value fell from 9 to 8. The total fell from 8.6 to 8.4, and the tier from Very good to Good. We rescored it again on October 16, after its group grew to 20 programs. Its rank fell from 6 to 7, so cost and value fell from 8 to 7, and the total fell from 8.4 to 8.3. The method is on our methodology page.
